Problem/Need

As a developing organization, the Lobster Council of Canada needed an identity. More so, as the unifying entity of and eventual marketer for the Atlantic lobster industry, the logo also needed to work as a potential retail brand for all the region’s product. No more PEI lobster or Nova Scotian lobster - Canadian Lobster.

Strategy/Methodology

Make the logo instantly recognizable as being a Canadian brand. The look and feel was to be grasssroots, simple, direct, but with a modern “retail” flair.
