Problem/Need

The Welcome Guide to new students had been distributed as a printed brochure and as digital PDF. With the advent of mobile devices, there was a need for a format that students could access on their phones and tablets. A website was needed to address accessibility on multiple screen sizes, and in a format that would be easily updated year to year.

Strategy/Methodology

A responsive website built on a content management system would be created with the visual identity and content repurposed from the print brochure.

Results/Impact

The site is in use today and kept current with updated branding and student information for the new campus. http://welcomeguide.ecuad.ca/
