Donate to the GDC Foundation this month. Join with our community to help increase funds for benevolent aid, grants and our scholarship program.

This year has been difficult for many designers, educators and businesses. Long-time supporters have suffered major losses, studios have had to lay off staff, businesses have shut down, and many have lost jobs. In fact, the pandemic has been a major challenge to all of us.

These new realities mean that the goal for the GDC Foundation's annual year-end campaign will be adjusted. Our expectations for prize donations will similarly be adjusted. We are proud of the progress we have made in building recognition of the GDC Foundation and in building our funds. We remain firmly committed to staying connected to our supportive community and to striving to increase funds for benevolent aid, grants and our scholarship program.

Fine craftsmanship is demonstrated in countless ways, from spectacular art books to sublime culinary delights. Renowned for our award-winning print projects, perhaps it’s no surprise that MET’s private olive oil has also taken top honours at the prestigious NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition.

Every year, in what has now become tradition, we produce our 100% organic olive oil on the Kallas family orchard in the village of Elaia, Greece. From there, it is shipped to Vancouver, where it is specially wrapped and shared with good friends and colleagues.
