Acceptance into the MGDC or LGDC membership categories requires a confidential portfolio review of your work by the Standards Officers of your local GDC Chapter. (For Member At Large applicants portfolios are sent to any one of the nine local Chapters).
Start your application process today by checking the date of your Chapter's next portfolio review on the Chapter pages and completing the submission requirements form above. Let your local Membership Chair know you are applying to ensure you don't miss the submission deadline!
If you wish to speed up the application process, you can join online as an Associate member and upgrade to Professional at the time of your Chapter's next review. When you want to upgrade, let your local Membership Chair know. You can pay the difference in fees by cheque to your the Membership Chair, or by credit card to our National Secretariat.

How will your work be evaluated?
