Roanna Clark Aalto has worked as a graphic designer and creative director for over thirteen years in Vancouver and Toronto. Her work combines creative design solutions with extensive marketing experience.

Roanna’s creative skills include:

• Interface and information design backed by a solid understanding of usability best practices
• Creative facilitation
• Corporate identity development and brand management
• Conceptualizing and designing integrated marketing campaigns
• Experience with a wide variety of design projects in both print and digital media

Roanna divides her week between a part-time position as a creative director at TELUS and freelance projects. She has been a Professional Member of the Graphic Designer’s Association of Canada, BC Chapter for over two years. Educational accomplishments include an Honours BA in Fine Art (Marketing minor) from the University of Guelph, completion of the Computer Graphics program at Sheridan College and a Design and Production for Print program at Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design. Roanna has received recognition for her work with a Lotus Award for best online advertising and a Media Innovation Award from Marketing Magazine.
